dr Igor Olejnik
A graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw (Faculty of Medicine), this specialist in orthopaedics and traumatology has been practicing since 2005. He brings 25 years of experience in knee, shoulder, spine, and ankle surgery – performing arthroscopies, reconstructions, osteotomies, joint prostheses, treating sports injuries, and chronic ligament and tendon conditions, and pioneered 20 innovative surgical techniques in Poland and around the world. Notably, he became the first-ever physician for the Polish Davis Cup tennis team and has treated many leading Polish athletes. He holds a diploma as a European Spine Specialist, certified by the Spine Society of Europe (SSE), and has participated in numerous European internships and scholarships. An author of over 50 publications in medical journals and presentations at medical conferences, he also teaches surgical techniques at CEM courses in Warsaw.
A forward-thinking and versatile orthopaedist, he values the effectiveness of professional physiotherapy and medical training, complementing patient care with intra-articular and peri-articular injections when necessary.
