dr Adam Zalewski
A graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw (2017), Dr Zalewski is the President of the Rehabilitation Physicians Association. He achieved the highest score in the country on the European Board of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine exam and holds a certification from the Polish Ultrasound Society in musculoskeletal ultrasound.
As a rehabilitation physician, he is a skilled specialist in determining the optimal treatment path for his patients – whether through physical therapy, pharmacotherapy, or surgery. He collaborates with a wide range of specialists from various fields.
Dr Zalewski focuses on holistic treatment of joints and pain, utilising ultrasound for precise diagnostics, monitoring the treatment process, and administering injections (such as collagen and hyaluronic acid) as well as performing minor procedures under ultrasound guidance (e.g., tendon calcification removal).
His priority is to understand the underlying causes of his patients’ health issues, enabling effective prevention and long-term health improvements.
Dr Zalewski is actively involved in numerous scientific projects related to rehabilitation and chronic fatigue. He also runs a research programme for patients with CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome).
