Joanna Polańczyk

A graduate of the University of Physical Education in Poznań with a degree in physiotherapy, she is a certified instructor of the innovative Low Pressure Fitness Hypopressives method. She incorporates ultrasound imaging into the diagnosis and therapy of her patients. Additionally, she employs TECAR therapy, deep tissue massage with a focus on trigger points, and functional training in her practice. Her expertise extends to working with pregnant and postpartum women, including cases of diastasis recti, providing relief for pelvic pain and pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, and conducting therapy for urinary incontinence, including in athletes. She achieves excellent results in helping women suffering from painful intercourse and menstruation, as well as men experiencing pain in the perineal region.
